InSiSo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("InSiSo," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.insisotech.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

For the purposes of applicable Indian data protection law, InSiSo is the "Data Fiduciary" in respect of personal data collected through the Site.

a. Information you provide directly. When you submit a "Request Demo" or contact form on the Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, business email address, company name, phone number, and any message or requirements you share with us.

b. Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and web server infrastructure automatically logs limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We currently do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If this changes — for example, if we adopt a privacy-focused analytics tool — we will update this section and, where required by law, request your consent.

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your demo requests and enquiries;
• Understand interest in our platform and applications so we can improve the Site and our offerings;
• Communicate with you about your enquiry, including relevant follow-ups;
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site; and
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Our fonts are served from our own servers, so no data is sent to Google Fonts. We store only strictly necessary preferences in your browser (your language choice, your cookie choice, and whether you dismissed an announcement).

Where enabled, our contact form can use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA is loaded only if you click "Accept" in our cookie notice; it may set cookies and transfer data (such as your IP address and browser details) to Google LLC in the USA. If you reject it, you can still use the contact form. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Replying to your enquiry and related pre-contract steps — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• Site security, spam prevention (honeypot, rate limits using a hashed, non-reversible IP value), and server logs — our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• Google reCAPTCHA — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw anytime;
• Compliance with legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site or respond to enquiries (for example, email and hosting providers), who are bound to use your information only as instructed by us;
• Regulators, courts, or law enforcement, where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public; and
• A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent protections.

We are based in India and primarily process personal data in India. Our hosting and database providers may store or process data outside India and outside the EEA. Where personal data of EEA/UK visitors is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers.

Contact form submissions are deleted automatically 12 months after receipt, unless a longer period is required by law or the enquiry leads to an ongoing business relationship. Spam-prevention records (hashed IP values) are deleted automatically after 2 days.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures, consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the EEA/UK, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Request erasure of your personal information;
• Restrict processing, and receive your data in a portable format;
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal; and
• Lodge a grievance with us, or a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

The Site may reference or link to third parties, including technology partners such as NVIDIA, Bosch Rexroth, ctrlX Automation, and SFAL. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
